In the event you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at cs@springhealthofficial.com within 7 business days from the day your order is received. Our customer support team representative will be in touch with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exclusions from our Exchanges & Returns Policies

  • Items that have been tainted due to misuse/mishandling
  • Gift with purchase items
  • Items without accompanying receipt/invoice
  • Items that are not purchased from this website

All approved exchanges are on a strict one-to-one basis.
