What type of fish is OMEGALIVE®'s fish oil derived from?

The fish oil in OMEGALIVE® is derived from anchovies, mackerel and sardines.

I have problems swallowing large capsules. How could I take this product?

We recommend you to pierce the capsule and squeeze out the content onto a spoon. You may take the fish oil directly or mix it into juice or smoothies.

Does this product give me fishy burps or aftertaste?

OMEGALIVE® is odourless and has a very mild taste thanks to the advanced thin-film deodorization method which effectively removes impurities and odour. The product is therefore suitable for people who dislike fishy smell or taste.
