O-Active® contains CoQ10 in the form of Ubiquinone, which is stable and well documented in scientific research.

Can I take O-Active® together with fish oil?

Yes. No interactions were found between the ingredients in O-Active® and fish oil. In fact, taking O-Active® with fish oil can increase the absorption of O-Active®.

Can I get CoQ10 from food?

Yes. A normal diet provides approximately 10mg of CoQ10 daily. The best dietary sources of CoQ10 are fish and chicken (about 3.5mg in 250g). Supplementation can help you get the required amount of CoQ10 to achieve its beneficial effects.
