Do I need an account to make purchases?

No, you do not need to sign up to purchase. However, creating an account helps you track order status and facilitates your subsequent purchases with us.

What are the expiry dates on the products?

The products sold on SpringHealthOfficial.com have expiry dates of between 3 months to 2 years to give you a suitable amount of time to use them.

How do I make payment?

We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transer via MOLPay.

How do I use my coupon/ discount code?

At your Shopping Cart page, type in your coupon code and click ‘Apply coupon’.

Can I amend or cancel my order after payment is made?

Unfortunately, confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

How much do you charge for shipping?

For orders above RM100, shipping is free for addresses within Malaysia. For orders below RM100, a flat rate delivery fee of RM8 applies.

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

Successful orders will be couriered within 2 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location. Kindly expect an average delivery lead time of 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Our website do not support international orders at this moment. If you are living overseas and would like to purchase our products, kindly contact us at cs@springhealthofficial.com with your details.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order has been collected by courier service provider (Citilink Express), you will receive an email from us confirming that the order is on its way and providing you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on Citilink website http://www.citylinkexpress.com/my/tracking.aspx

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We will replace or refund you for any product that has been delivered to you and is damaged or incorrect. If you wish to return such a product, kindly email us within 7 days of receipt at cs@springhealthofficial.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
